The industry today
A front line that keeps changing
A bank's training never finishes. Rules move, typologies move, and fraud moves fastest of all. Tellers, contact-centre agents and relationship managers are expected to spot what a compliance team spent weeks describing, while a customer waits in front of them.
Most of that knowledge still arrives as a long policy and an annual click-through module. It satisfies the calendar, but it rarely survives the moment it was written for. Arabic versions often arrive late, or cost twice as much, and branch staff can't leave the floor to sit through a classroom.
